Plan & Disclosure Statement

On November 28, 2022, the Debtors filed their Plan of Reorganization. On May 12, 2023, the Debtors filed their Amended Plan and the Disclosure Statement related thereto. On August 2, 2023,  the Bankruptcy Court entered an order conditionally approving the Disclosure Statement.  On October 3, 2023, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order confirming the Plan.  On October 24, 2023, the Effective Date of the Plan occurred, and the Plan was consummated.

On November 28, 2022, BlockFi Inc. and 8 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey (Trenton).
