7, 8, and 10 largely have no reason to exist. first one doesn't seem like an issue, and the second and third one seem like they'd just be givens. like no shit trying to get the site taken down and intentionally flooding the report queue would be banworthy.
9 and 11 make sense but they kind of kill off things that were cores of the site's culture, like leebait and ratio scripts.
12 doesn't really have any reason to exist since people just lie about their age anyway, all it does is lead to tards accusing each other of being underage back and forth like we're on 4cuck. the only reason I can see for it existing is as a legal defense in case of some sort of controversy, but that doesn't really work when the age provided is 16 and right underneath it is the rule that says you can post pictures of a fat man's asshole on 16+ boards.
rule 3 would be good if it weren't for the part banning all discussion of r*blox. that seems overkill.
and then rule 2, 6, and 13 are good rules, but jannies often fuck up at enforcing them by handing out permas over obvious shitposts while giving actual pedos/animal abusers 3 day bans, or banning people for posting IAS threads that they consider NSFW while letting "SOYTAN GOON THREAD" stay up for hours
