The most reliable part of your travel kit
I started with the EP 20L in Orange about 5 years ago. Perfect, did the job helping me with some light travel. That was 2020 - when plague was popular. Here we are 5 years later. That same 20L bag has been to: Smokey Mtn. Nat'l Park, LA, Colombia, Ireland, Dubai, South Africa, Milan, Destin FL - and it has just now had a little hole at the bottom. My travel buddy said it's time for a replacement or a patch. 5 years! That is how durable the material is, and the 20L is large enough to carry souvenirs, keep your gear dry backpacking, or I've used it as a day pack - that is how this thing is versatile in its looks! I chose bright orange because that color jumps out no matter where I go, and it doesn't fade! I've loved this bag so much, I have it in 10L Yellow, 5L Seafoam Green and I plan to buy more. Do yourself a favor - update your gear, you need this!

    Very nice bag. 20L has lots of room. Stored a couple towels, change of clothes, wallet, keys, first aid, and plenty of space left over.

    Seems sturdy and like it'll last a while. The latches are nice and thick too. Took it on a fishing trip last weekend and everything stayed dry from the day. It'll be great for beach days too.

    The color matches my fishing rod, so that's a plus! The phone protector works well too. Tested it with a paper towel and put a weight on it underwater. Came out dry. Protected my phone for the day too.

    Will update after a few more uses to see how it holds up. 5/29/25

    I bought this dry bag and waterproof phone case for a canoe trip, and I’m SO glad I did. We ended up hitting a a fallen tree in a rapid, which tipped us over. The bag was clipped to the canoe and kept all our important belongings completely dry and secure.

    Even more impressive, I had my phone in the waterproof lanyard around my neck when I got shoved underwater and swept through the tree. It was fully submerged for 2–3 minutes while I tried to get my bearings. I lost my shoes, hat, and sunglasses lol, but my phone stayed around my neck and came out totally dry and fully functional. Will be using this anytime I’m anywhere near water!

    .... not for haul your gear/cloths around, like you probably thought, but as a multipurpose bag. Don't get me wrong it is a great bag for that too but thats not why I bought it its more of a tool.
    I mainly bought it as a bear bag since is waterproof it good at blocking smells for bears smellproff for humans and when its not being used as a bear bag it can have several others purposes like transporting water, if it meant to keep water out it will also keep water in. Its also airtight so in an emergency it also a life preserver. Boat flips over? While your keeping yourself afloat scoop air in the bag and roll the opening 3-4 time tightly then clip and you got self-made flotation device or if anybody needs one fill it with air tire 550 paracord (or rope) with a with a weight attached so you can get the distance you need and sling it to them an pull them ashore.
    Back to the smell proff, if your in a place where you have to pack out your own trash and "waste" you can have one as a trash can just line it with a trash bag and the other you can put your "waste" bags in and I recommend lining it too even though the "waste" is already in it own bag and it will keep the smell in and the flies away. Plus, the inside of the bags are easily washable and if you get 3 different colors and or 3 different sizes it be easy to remember what is what.
    Thats why the bag is more of a survival tool for when I'm in the wilderness. I have no complaints over the bag, the straps supports are nice and strong, it very durable and versatile as I mentioned prior so I highly recommend adding one of these bags to you camping gear and/or your survival/bug-out bag or it could be your bug-out bag depending on the size you get.
    Earth Pak should pay me for doing a commercial lol 😆
