Bloomberg filed an illegitimate copyright strike against our 3.5-hour movie for a clip we used of the US President speaking. This was especially bizarre since their copyright claim timestamp includes our scripting and voice over recorded in our studio while we show screenshots of websites. Turns out, it's easy to do a day trip to New York. It was amusing to hear a rank-and-file Bloomberg employee express an opinion that we were within fair use. Video soon.

I said it before and I'll say it again: The problem with DMCA is that there's not enough sanctions for misuse. And the problem with YouTube is that it gives you even less rights and recourse. The abuse of copyright needs harsh sanctions, but we all know this will never happen.
