Battle Brothers. I have more than a few hours in it but the people who write reviews for it seem so deluded. The main challange is that the game just doesn't show what you are facing off against before is too late. You take a quote on quote easy contract only to turn out the enemies you were meant to kill were murdered by something else and you have that fight that, nevermind that is not what the contract stated, nevermind the powerlevel of what you are facing, and that you lose progress by leaving the fight without a decisive victory let alone abounding a contract that was straight up bait to waste the player's time. The whole game is full of rubber banding and the indicator for challange (the skulls over contracts and arena fights) are so arbitary. I have taken countless three skulls fights and won without a single loss, I have taken countless one skull contracts (the easiest ones according to the game) and had a high level enemy jumpscare me and wipe my whole team. Oh also despite being a finished game with barebones DLC it has countless game breaking issues still unpatched. Some contract are straight up broken and can freeze and ruin your progress.

Mentioned before but I'd say Minecraft. It's just digital Legos that got blown out of proportion for the last 10 years. This basically means that no one who is deep into gaming will respect a negative opinion about the game and will instead glaze it into oblivion. It's not bad, mind you, but it's definitely not the greatest thing since sliced bread that everyone makes it out to be.
