I never said the wither didn't fit, out of all the "bosses" the wither is the one with the best case. You can make as many as you want, it provides a meaningful resource when killed. It isn't linked to an ugly structure that shits up your world and it's actually challenging (unlike dragon) with real stakes when you cant cheese it like so many trannycrafters do. The dragon and end were added so the game could have an real ending and mojang could port it onto consoles. It's pretty on the nose they named it the fucking "end". This is retarded because minecraft was meant to be a sandbox i.e it doesn't end. The end dimension is boring garbage as well, the dragon fight sucks because the ai is terrible. Nobody fights the dragon because its cool or entertaining past the first time, they do it for the elytra or xp. It just doesn't fit the game fundamentally. You cant even argue the dimension provides anything apart from endstone. They added and end to a game without a story, beyond fucking retarded.

when I play the older versions alone I hardly touch enchantments I just explore and farm and build shit but when I play with my friends we always grind out villagers to get max enchants because they're all lazy fucks that hate mining to replace their gear and want to keep the same shit forever evendoe the game is easy as fuck
