TLDR: If Islam was patriarchal, men would get guaranteed sex but women would not get commitment. Modern marriage (USA, EU) exists to financially exploit men.
Feminists like to criticize that "women are forced to have sex whenever their men want" in Islamic countries, while forgetting that men had to give commitment first. Guaranteed sex is just the man's share of the deal.
Not that they can enjoy it much anyway as a result of the infant circumcision sexual abuse (ICSA) that is prelevant in islamic countries, so the vast majority of men have too little shaft skin to expand over their erect penises, resulting in pain. Normally, the foreskin is retracted and converted into shaft skin during an erection. They also have far less sensitivity (mainstream soyence and Wikipedia still try to deny this abundantly obvious fact) and reduced possibilities for foreplay and a permanently altered, mushroom-like shape of the penis.
Marriage has only positive outcomes for a woman. If she keeps her man, she receives his financial commitment and physical protection and shelter. If she divorce-rapes her man, she still gets guaranteed financial commitment enforced by the legal system. The state does not want to pay, therefore it robs men instead.
But what is the point of marriage for men? The pretense of romance. That's all.
Of course, marriage is severly romanticized by the mainstream media. Why do you think they report so eagerly about celebrity weddings? They want to brainwash people with their idea of romance so that it involves financially exploiting men. Why the hell would anyone care about some celebrity thousands of kilometres away? All they do is show off their lavish lifestyles and then beg for sympathy once something bad happens to them.

Marriage in Islam
Sexual relationships are normally an exchange of commitment against sex. The male provides commitment so the female provides access to sex. Muslim countries usually have "marriage before sex" laws. This ensures the woman gets her commitment before the man can get sex. If Islam was patriarchal as feminists like to proclaim, men could get sex without having to commit to a woman.Feminists like to criticize that "women are forced to have sex whenever their men want" in Islamic countries, while forgetting that men had to give commitment first. Marriage in first-world countries
In first-world countries (USA, EU region), the powerful elites have redefined marriage to only benefit the female without benefitting the male. The female gets guaranteed commitment and can divorce-rape her man any time she feels like thanks to no-fault-divorce laws while the male is not guaranteed sex. Only the female gets her share of the deal.Marriage has only positive outcomes for a woman. If she keeps her man, she receives his financial commitment and physical protection and shelter.
