Instructions:

1: Install I2Pd
2: Run I2Pd
3: Find the data path (usually C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\i2pd)
4: Replace the i2pd.conf in the data path with the included i2pd.conf
5: Fully restart I2Pd
6: Use http://127.0.0.1:4444 as your HTTP(s) proxy
7: Enjoy connecting to the WWW through this outproxy!
