how do I save my laptop?

when I was packing my laptop into my bag like two days ago, I forgot that I had a capsule of wasabi sauce inside of that bag beforehand, and the capsule ended up opening and there was quite a bit of sauce inside of the battery cable crevice. Just bought a Lenovo Thinkpad E545 because my old Thinkpad T480S broke. It was an issue with the operating system, and now it's bricked as far as I can tell. GPU passthrough VM

Currently, I have experience in linux, and I want to make the full switch to my arch dualboot, but I have a lot of programs I can't easily replace on windows. especially when you've used the same Windows folder for long and have a low storage capacity for your System drive, download and run PatchCleaner as it removes all the unneeded .msi files under .\Windows\Installer which pile up, sometimes don't get automatically removed and are unrecognizable when it comes to which ones are still needed upon running the program.
