・Reselling, transferring, copying or counterfeiting tickets
・Bringing dangerous items into the venue (including scissors, knives, etc.)
- Bringing items into the event booth (baggage must be left in a designated area within the venue)
・Photographing, recording, and filming within the store and around the venue
- Staying overnight or sitting in at the venue or surrounding area, holding gatherings, or waiting for Artist to arrive or leave
- Nuisance behavior such as leaving trash behind, cutting in line, or blocking the passage of other customers
・ Other actions that go against the guidance, instructions, or warnings given by staff
 
*If any of the above prohibited actions are confirmed, you may be denied participation in the event. In such cases, your ticket will be invalidated and no refunds will be given.
*Please keep a close eye on your valuables. In the unlikely event of theft, loss, or accident, the organizers, venue, and Artist will not be held responsible.
 
 
■ Important points to note regarding the event
-Please note that due to schedule reasons, you may be asked to wait at the venue on the day of the event.
・Please note that the event will end as soon as the line ends on the day of the event. If you arrive late, you may not be able to participate even if you have reserved a ticket. (Refunds will not be given.)
・There may be media coverage on the day of the event, and there may be reflections. Please note.
 
 
■Infection prevention measures at the venue
To prevent infection and the spread of COVID-19 and other viruses, we ask that all visitors cooperate with the following:
・The event venue is expected to be crowded. We recommend that all attendees wear masks (although this is not (required)).
-Depending on the situation, we may ask you to cooperate with infection prevention measures such as installing transparent barriers such as acrylic panels at meeting points, taking your temperature, and disinfecting your hands.
・Please note that if your temperature is checked upon entry and is over 37.5℃ or there is a risk that it will exceed this level, you will be denied entry.
・ If you feel sick or feel unwell, please contact the staff near you.
・Please note that our staff will also be wearing face shields and masks while working, and may touch customers' shoulders, arms, and other parts of their bodies to guide them.

■ Other notes
・Customers who spend 15,000 yen or more (including tax) can have event products (excluding bonus items) delivered to their home (shipping costs will be borne by the store). If you wish to have the products delivered, please bring them to the cash register (a reception desk may be set up inside the venue) after participating in the event.
・Event details may change without notice. In that case, we will notify you accordingly on this website.
・The event may be canceled due to weather, disasters, other problems, etc.
・Transportation and accommodation expenses to the venue will be borne by the customer. Even if the event is canceled, the conditions will not change.
・If you are unable to attend on the day, you can exchange the product at the register of the store (Shosen Grande on the 6th floor, Shosen Book Tower on the 4th floor) within 2 weeks after Event end. If you would like to have the product shipped, please Inquiries the store.
・If we do not receive any contact from those who are not attending within 2 weeks after Event end, we will treat it as a cancellation and dispose of the product even if you have already paid for it. Please note that we will not contact you in this case.
