I feel like women in Niji EN have always struggled. They seem to come out with worse experiences. A lot of fans treat even the women who were there first like side characters. And when they leave there's a broader fandom that will rarely support them like they do ex Holo girls.

I don't think there's a fix. The company doesn't really care. The ongoing Niji fandom is lopsided even more towards the men than ever, and isn't exactly open for feedback. Half the people who say they'll support them when they leave will be gone in six months.

Yeah they're going to chase what makes the company and its the boys. The writing was on the wall ever since By the Beat debuted. Not to mention Kanae and Kuzuha are absolute powerhouses that can compete with Hololive's best. They will ofc keep Salome, Mito, and Sara for JP.
