There are many acronyms and protocol-specific terms: HTX, PoW, KDF, AEAD, GNAP, ECCโฆ A brief glossary or links to definitions would be helpful for onboarding.

We recognize that the spec uses a lot of acronyms and protocol-specific jargon that can be a barrier for new readers. Adding a glossary or links to authoritative references is a great idea to improve onboarding and accessibility.
Weโll look into including a dedicated glossary section in the next revision and adding contextual hyperlinks to relevant RFCs and standard docs (e.g., for HTX, PoW, KDF, AEAD, GNAP, ECC, etc.).
In the meantime, if there are any particular terms you found especially unclear or important, please let us know โ that would help prioritize what to include.

KDF: key derivation function
ECC: elliptical curve cryptography
these are the ones I recognize
