Donald Trump's niece, Mary Trump, has said the President is "unfit to serve" as speculation about his physical and mental state continues to intensify.

The 79-year-old was spotted with what looked to be concealer on his hand on Tuesday, which led to concerns about his health. The development follows previous speculation regarding Trump's hand bruises, which were first noticed in the spring of 2024. This comes as Trump's latest 'significant' health issue was addressed by a doctor.

The noticeable green bruise, turning purple, on his hand also caught viewers' attention during his meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron earlier this year. White House Press Secretary, Karoline Leavitt, suggested the bruise comes from the Republican shaking too many people's hands.

She said, "President Trump is a man of the people and he meets more Americans and shakes their hands on a daily basis than any other president in history. His commitment is unwavering and he proves that every single day."

Karoline added in a second statement, "President Trump has bruises on his hand because he's constantly working and shaking hands all day every day." But Mary expressed her thoughts, saying she believes Karoline's assessment is incorrect while speculating about the reason why Trump appeared to try to conceal his bruise with makeup.

On her YouTube channel, the 60-year-old psychologist and writer, pointed out at several occasions when Trump was seen with his bruise, as far back as 2020, during his first term. While admitting she doesn't know what could have caused such a bruise, she said she previously had IVs placed in the back of her hand which, in addition to being painful, can cause bruising and swelling.

In a video entitled "Trump STRUGGLES TO FUNCTION as ROT Sets in", she admitted, "A lot of people are concerned about this bruise. It may lead to some deeper health issue. And the people of the United States of America have every right to know what the status of the president's health is, be it physical or psychological." During the latest episode of her latest show, Mary also said books were previously written about Joe Biden's health - and said if Biden showed such a bruise, there would be more pressure on the White House to share more details.

Mary said her uncle has been "on a mental spiral, a downhill one, for quite some time now" which, she said, "seems to be accelerating" in recent weeks and days. She also claimed Trump "could not keep up" with his Pennsylvania press conference "physically or mentally" this week - and said he was "fighting to stay awake at the table right in front of the press."

She said, "Where is Sleepy Joe when you need him? I blame him entirely for this. Now, if you thought that looks bad, like that is really not the strength and exuberance and energy you want to see from the leader of our country. Donald sounded even worse. He made a plethora of nonsensical comments throughout this press conference."

She added, "Some of these were so garbled that I couldn't even tell what he was trying to see." Mary said in her critic that the media is still talking about Biden's health decline while Trump "continues on a daily basis to blame his failures and his horrific policies on Joe Biden."

"He complains that the Biden administration used an autopen, that Biden didn't know what he was doing, and had absolutely no input into who got granted clemencies at the end of his term," Mary added. "Biden is pushing back against those fictions. In a blunt interview with the New York Times, he called Donald out and insisted that he, Joe Biden, personally approved every single pardon and commutation using an autopen for efficiency."

She continued, "Okay, cool. That's great. But who cares? I don't care anymore. I don't care if Joe Biden knew what he was doing. I don't care if Joe Biden used an autopen. I don't care if Joe Biden never actually signed his name to anything, because in what universe does that help us understand how bad things are right now and how in the hell does that help us get out of the mess that is being created by Donald Trump and the Trump regime on a daily basis?"

Mary, who made stunning claims about her uncle in her book Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World's Most Dangerous Man, concluded, "Meanwhile, Donald's own press secretary continues to lie to the American people about how Donald got that suspicious bruise on his hand. And I am telling you, it is not because he shakes too many people's hands.

"Between Donald's failing health and his absolute lack of morals, the Trump regime continues to hide a simple fact, just a different version of this fact: Donald is and always has been and will continue to be unfit to serve whether because he is mentally incompetent, physically ailing, cognitively impaired, or just because he's a straight-up Nazi."
