With older releases (like “Finding Dory”) this is usually the case. Generally it happens in the final step before the links page (non VIP members also have to pass through the usual shortener/timer pages). The only way they could fix this would be to re-upload 3 years worth of files, which of course would be unreasonable to expect of them.
