Min Hao (闵浩), the founder and chairman of Securam — a major manufacturer of electronic locks that are widely used in electronic safes in the US and around the world, is a senior council member of CCP-linked “think tank” Center of China and Globalization, and Securam is a subsidiary of Nanjing Easthouse Electrical Co Ltd (东屋电气). Security researchers have found two techniques to crack at least eight brands of electronic safes — used to secure everything from guns to narcotics — that are sold with Securam Prologic locks.
