東京では、「第16回日秘経済委員会（CEPEJA）」および「Invest Day Perú – Japón」が行われ、政府関係者や企業代表による意見交換や成功事例の共有が行われました。
翌8日には大阪にて、観光業と輸出業を対象としたB2B商談会「EXPO PERÚ」が開催され、活発な商談とネットワーキングが行われました。

💼 Two Days of Peru–Japan Business Exchange
Ahead of Peru National Day, a series of high-level business events were held in Tokyo and Osaka on August 7 and 8.
In Tokyo, the 16th Japan–Peru Business Council (CEPEJA) and Invest Day Perú – Japón brought together government officials and business leaders to discuss trade, investment, and successful case studies.
The following day in Osaka, EXPO PERÚ featured B2B matchmaking sessions for the tourism and export sectors, fostering productive conversations and future partnerships.
This growing connection between Peru and Japan marks a promising step forward in bilateral cooperation.

このプレスカンファレンスは、研究を指揮する山形大学の坂井正人教授と共同で開催。
AIによる航空写真の解析を通じて、新たに248点の地上絵が確認されました。
斬られた首を持つ神官やラマ、猛禽類など、古代の人々の記憶と信仰を今に伝える貴重な発見です。

📅 On July 28, in celebration of Peru’s National Holiday,
the Peru Pavilion hosted a press conference to announce new discoveries on the Nasca Lines 🌀
The event was held in collaboration with Yamagata University, led by Professor Masato Sakai, who directs the ongoing research.
Using AI to analyze aerial imagery, the team identified 248 newly confirmed geoglyphs—including a priest holding a severed head, llamas, and birds of prey.
These figures reflect the beliefs and memories of ancient people from over 2,000 years ago.
