Clear, easy to understand, neutral language, I honestly don't see any flaws in this document.
The only problem is that I am pretty sure most if not all of the people that will read it are the ones that already know most of the information there and/or agree that the drama was exaggerated and "orcastrated" out of greed and pettiness.
Nevertheless great job on the document and well done in keeping a very neutral and fair tone. Now if only there would be anyone, anyone at all that would try to contradict what you said there using actual arguments, that would be something to see. But I am willing to bet real money that nobody will, lol.
