I’m not a headline-grabbing figure. I didn’t call a little Black boy the N-word with the hard R. I’m not a Christian fascist who lost their job after trying to push religion into the workplace. I’m not one of those people who went viral for controversy and got flooded with donations because of it. What I am is someone who worked for Sedgwick Claims Management Services and stood up for myself when they tried to force me into signing away my legal rights with no compensation and no conversation. I fought back. And now I’m asking for help doing it publicly. Sedgwick is a giant in the claims world. If you’ve ever had an FMLA request, a disability claim, or workers’ comp handled through a third party, it might have been them. They work with companies like Walmart, Tesla, Procter & Gamble, and Trane. If you’ve had a bad experience, you’re not alone. Employees get treated just as badly. In March 2025, they told me to sign a forced arbitration agreement or they’d treat me as if I agreed anyway after five business days. I said no. I sent sixty-six legal questions. I proposed a revised agreement and even offered to negotiate. They ignored it all. When I told coworkers they had a right to object too, I was silenced by my manager. When I submitted an ADA accommodation request due to stress from the situation, they routed it through the same system that caused the harm. Then they closed the case before their own deadline, leaving me with no way to respond. That’s not a job. That’s a trap. I submitted a constructive discharge notice and filed with the Florida Commission on Human Relations. This fight is active. I’m not being represented by a major law firm. I’m not rich. And I’m not afraid of a drawn-out legal battle if that’s what it takes to expose how they treat employees behind closed doors. If you can help with a donation, thank you. If you can’t, sharing this would mean just as much. I’m doing this without a spotlight, but I’m not doing it quietly. Sedgwick wants silence. I’m choosing to speak. gofundme.com/f/stand-with-t

I didn’t want to start a GoFundMe, but here we are. Sedgwick forced an arbitration agreement on me in the middle of my employment with no raise, no bonus, no negotiation. I objected in writing and verbally. They ignored it, made the job impossible, and pushed me out. I have
