Quality Assurance Officer
Working Location:
Tai Po
Responsibilities:
Perform regular food safety, hygiene and quality audits for the Fairwood outlets and production plants.
Follow up on food safety & quality complaints, perform investigation into the root cause and suggest possible corrective and preventive action.
Review raw material specification and test reports
Perform Hygiene trainings for the outlet operators
Evaluate and monitor the performance of the pest control service and seek for improvement
Conduct supplier audit
Other ad- hoc projects as required by supervisor.
Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma in food science or related disciplines
Minimum 3-year related experience in food and catering industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attentive to details, mature, independent, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, work well in a team
Extensive local duty travel required
