個人資料收集聲明

本聲明旨在通知閣下有關收集、使用及處理個人資料的安排，並確保有關安排符合《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章）之要求。

閣下在參與「『屯門-南昌全日通』使用習慣調查」時所提供的個人資料，包括但不限於年齡、職業及聯絡方法，將用於以下目的：  
- 進行交通習慣數據統計及分析  
- 公佈及發佈有關調查的綜合結果：所有結果將以匿名方式處理及公佈
- 就調查結果或相關研究與閣下聯絡

2. 資料的自願性  
閣下提供個人資料純屬自願。如閣下未能提供所需資料，主辦單位可能無法將閣下納入調查統計範圍。

3. 資料的披露及轉移  
閣下所提供的個人資料只會由本調查主辦單位負責人或獲授權人員使用，並只用作上述目的。除非獲閣下同意或法律許可，否則不會向任何第三方披露或轉移閣下的個人資料。

4. 查閱及更正個人資料  
根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》，閣下有權查閱及更正閣下的個人資料。如需查閱或更正個人資料，請電郵至 rbrhkk@gmail.com 與本調查負責人 Jayden 聯絡。

Personal Data Collection Statement

This statement is intended to inform you about the arrangements for the collection, use, and handling of personal data, and to ensure that these arrangements comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).

1. Purpose of Data Collection
The personal data you provide when participating in the "Survey on Usage Habits of Tuen Mun-Nam Cheong Day Pass," including but not limited to gender, age, occupation, and contact information, will be used for the following purposes:  
- To conduct statistical analysis of transportation habits  
- To announce and publish the aggregate results of the survey: all results will be processed and published anonymously  
- To contact you regarding the survey results or related research

2. Voluntariness of Providing Data
Providing your personal data is entirely voluntary. If you are unable to provide the required information, the organiser may not be able to include you in the survey statistics.

3. Disclosure and Transfer of Data
The personal data you provide will only be used by the responsible persons or authorised personnel of the survey organiser, and solely for the aforementioned purposes. Unless with your consent or as permitted by law, your personal data will not be disclosed or transferred to any third party.

4. Access and Correction of Personal Data
