What makes you think they can't afford them? Money is probably one of the last things they consider when hiring pajeets instead of whites (the top companies, at least). They do it to virtue signal and nepotize.

How possible it is to make a modern looking 'site without JS? I aim for a landing page, a carousel with GIFs, Screenshots, about page, shit like that. Preferably make it nicely animated and responsive. I know about CSS checkbox hacks and shit doe, but what else?

I was looking into making a digital clock for my site that doesn't use javascript. I figured you could use some sort of timed css animation to change the digits. You can't obtain the current time from the user machine without javascript so you would need to initialize the time server side before sending it over. Then I realized this anti-java script obsession is retarded.

If you publish the source for your 'script, then it is based. Otherwise, if the 'site also werks with no 'script, it's also good. Doebeit a website doesn't really need any interactive elements and code running, it's all bloat.

 16146>>16165

>>16145
90% of internet usage is bloat, but knowing what time it is is not bloat.

also you don't need to publish the source for javascript. it's interpreted. all javascript run by the user is viewable in the browser. you should be a lot more worried about server side datamining.

 16165

>>16146
Why tf do you need to show time on your 'site if it shows in your OS's statusbar? Unless you purposefully want to display multiple time zones

I lied though, I wasn't with my gf I was with my mom.

Also does anyone know if they still make keyboards with built in usb hubs? I asked the guy at microcenter but he didn't know.

- semi recent version of android(or maybe troonix if it actually works and isn't a meme)

javascript was the worst thing to ever happen for the web.
>spawned billions of methods to 'mine and 'ck users
>you can use it to identify users even with different ips (if i name what this process is called, the (((system))) will automatically ban me)
>spawned bloated garbage like react, vue.js and etc (all useless and is overcomplicating everything)
>you cant disable it or most websites like this one will refuse to work or limit what you can do
most of js's usecases can literally be replaced with css hacks (see: css checkbox hack, css animations and etc), you can still literally do so much with nojs and make up for its limitations by SSE. If you ever want live updating stuff you can just use a self refreshing iframe for that. I once made a nojs imageboard engine for the usecase of TOR but never showcased it because (((they))) will be interested in it, and you can literally recreate most js features in nojs. nojs won, jscucks lost

Hey, I was looking for a place where I can discus and chat with other hackers. I don't care if it's on IRC, darkweb forum or clearweb forum. Can you share some?
I don't care if it's black, white, gray hat hackers, I just want to learn and understand better now and trying to do pen testing as a full time job.

Please don't include hackforums because it filled with pajeet trying to get some credits. No telegram groups too. SimpleX groups are fine tho

What's actually the best desktop computer aspect ratio?

>16:9 isn't good for programming, writing documents, any sort of productivity, or browsing

>4:3 and 5:4 monitors are all pretty old, you don't get a lot of space for multitasking and their resolutions are on the edge between usable and not (they are so good for browsing though)

>21:9 is good only if you're really into movies (and it works great on a phone because it means less width for a given screen diagonal + most content is vertical, but I'm asking about computer use)

16:10 27inch 2K or something

 15928

>>15926
does that small increase really make a change?

 15936

Anything wider than 3:2 is a mistake.

 15938

Start vertical monitor-maxxing.

 15971

5:4 would be king if they made high resolution monitors still. So I guess it goes to 3:2 by default for being the most modern, tallest ratio, and second place to 16:10.
