A kid from a certain country peed on the sidewalk right outside a BVLGARI store on Canton Road in Tsim Sha Tsui, a major shopping area in Hong Kong, in broad daylight the other day, while a male adult, presumably the kid’s dad or another family member, was standing right beside him.
