ISIS Cell Dismantled in Al-Hol Camp

On July 28, 2025, the Syrian Democratic Forces’ (SDF) Military Operations Team (TOL), with support from the International Coalition, conducted a targeted security operation inside al-Hol Camp. The operation successfully led to the capture of two ISIS operatives responsible for internal security operations within the camp.
The captured individuals were previously active as part of ISIS command structures and had participated in operations in both Iraq and Syria. They continued their affiliation by maintaining group’s influence inside al-Hol.
This operation reflects SDF’s ongoing efforts to dismantle ISIS networks and secure our areas from the resurgence of terrorism.
