Love seeing all the discussion on this, but let’s clear one thing up: an artist’s “Terms of Service”? Completely unenforceable. If you’re commissioning someone with a ToS like Nano’s, you’re already setting yourself up for disaster.
And here’s the kicker, IF Sinder paid upfront, IF Nano actually started the work, and IF Nano didn’t issue a refund after dropping that hit piece doc… then Nano isn’t just shady. She’s running the biggest art scam I’ve seen yet. That’s not just bad business, that’s cartoon villain tier grift.
