DJ DJones has a passion for creatively mixing & blending Hip-Hop, R&B, Pop and Dance music that touches, moves,
encourages and takes peoples worries away. Music has always spoken to him and he loves sharing what he hears
with music lovers & party goers.
DJ DJones attended Kennedy King College & Lewis University for radio and television broadcasting. He went on to spend 7 years working full time in a marketing and promotional capacity for a major and multiple Indy labels in the Chicago area. During that time he also founded DJones Productions, a company that provided complete event coordinating and artist booking for clients.
In 2004 he left the music scene to pursue a career in a Different field. However his love for music never died as he continued to build his music library and stay connected to friends and happenings in the industry. Feeling unfulfilled with his 9 to 5 job, in 2009 he decided to return to music and pursue his true passion of sharing music with people.
