A few questions

Just finished watching Kabaneri and I saw that it is an original anime. There seems to be a manga version tho.

Is the manga worth reading? Where to pick up the manga after the anime? Is the film also in the manga (awful phrasing ik) ?

    As far as I know the manga covers the exact same story as the anime. I have no clue where to read it in English so I haven't read it.
