An online snapshot of the participations at the webinar of “Sourcing Bangladesh 2021 – Virtual
Edition” titled as Prospects of Bangladeshi Products in Chinese Market: How to Realize
the Potential of Preferential Treatment jointly organized by Bangladesh China Chamber of
Commerce & Industry (BCCCI) and the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) was held on today.
H.E. Mr. Mahbub Uz Zaman, Bangladesh Ambassador to the People's Republic of China was
attending the virtual deliberation as Guest of Honor while BCCCI Joint Secretary General Al
Mamun Mridha gave the welcome remarks on the occasion and Dr. Mohammad Mahfuz Kabir,
research director of BIISS presented the keynote paper.
Chaired by EPB Director General Mr. Mahbubur Rahman on behalf of A.H. Ahsan vice
chairman and the webinar also participated by Dr. Nazneen Ahmed, Country Economist United
Nations Development Programme (UNDP), MS Siddiqui, Legal Economist Co- Convener
Bangladesh Columnist Forum, Dr M Abu Eusuf, Professor Dhaka University & Executive
Director of RAPID as panelists and the session was moderated by Siban Shahana, Economist.
