RUSSIA is actively involved in preparing for the CAPTURE by force of arms of the island of TAIWAN and other areas of the PACIFIC REGION by CHINA. The process of preparing for large-scale aggression by the PRC has been ongoing since approximately 2017.
The Black Moon hacktivist group has obtained a package of documents from which it follows that a contract has been signed between the Russian military-industrial complex company ROSOBORONEXPORT and the Chinese company CETC INTERNATIONAL Ltd., acting on behalf of the CENTRAL MILITARY COUNCIL of the PRC, on the development of an “AUTOMATION SYSTEM FOR AIR LANDING COMMAND for the People's Liberation Army of the People's Republic of China (PLA)”.

This project is called "EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN DEVELOPMENT "MECH" with the code designation "208". The recipient of the final product is "FOREIGN CUSTOMER "156" (trade code of the People's Republic of China). The contractor is: the Russian company JSC “RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF COMMUNICATION AND CONTROL SYSTEMS”, which is part of JSC “CONCERN “SOZVEZDIE”, JSC “KURGANMASHZAVOD”, JSC “NPP “RUBIN”, JSC “KBP”, JSC “SKBM”.
