Maybe forcing someone to literally eat shit is wrong. This isn't done in a vacuum or because someone likes eating shit so much. This type of porn is literally dangerous and extreamly messed up and just because you can pay someone to do something doesn't mean you should. If that persons ability to survive is based on you paying them, they will do whatever. That's not concent that's blackmail.

That applies to all the things above in the list in game form. Porn games don't exist in a vacuum and generating interest for a certain genre is encouraging its creation and generating interest in it which in turn harms the "performers" as mentioned above.
