be voted on by the public on the Battle Hub voting area within the Game (the “Voting Page”)
during the voting period which is currently scheduled to be July 22nd, 2025 – August 3rd,
2025 (the “Voting Period”). The three (3) Designs with the highest number of public votes

Grand Prize Winners will be collectively referred to as “Winners.” For a more detailed
explanation of the Winners' selection process please refer to Section 6.
Prize: (i) All twenty-six (26) Designs of the Prize Winners will be featured in the Game in
a form and manner to be decided by Capcom at a later date in its sole discretion; (ii) all

and a credit within the end game credits; and (iii) all 3 (three) Grand Prize Winners will
each receive an additional exclusive title image for use in the Game ((i), (ii) and (iii)
together, the “Prize”). The details of the exclusive titles mentioned above will be
announced separately. A Capcom representative will contact the Winners as further described
in Section 7 to explain the Prize timeline and full details of the Prize will be
communicated to the Winners in due course.

Entries must be submitted using the designated X (formerly known as Twitter) hashtag
“#SF6ArtContest2”.

make sure you follow the above account and not to unfollow during the Contest.
Submitted Designs must comply with the following specifications:
i. Size considering that the display area will be 3840x2160 pixels;
ii. 72 DPI;

The Design must be the Entrant’s original creative work which has not been previously
published or entered into other competitions. Any drawing technique is allowed in creating
the Design, however, the use of generative AI is prohibited. You may submit multiple
Entries. If there is any omission or false statement at any stage of the Entry, your Entry
will become void. Capcom reserves the right to reject Entries that, in the sole discretion
of Capcom, do not meet the Entry submission requirements. This Contest is free to enter and
no purchase of any kind is necessary.
6 Selection of Contest Winners.
As stated above, Winners will be selected from all eligible Entries received during the
Contest period according to the following process:
• Prize Winners: R&D will nominate twenty-six (26) Designs, one (1) design for each eligible
chracter, on the basis of originality, creativity, and Design feasibility (the “Criteria”)
as the Prize Winners; and
• Grand Prize Winners: The 3 Grand Prize Winners will be determined by a public voting
process implemented on the Voting Page of the “Battle Hub” within the Game. Each voter may
earn multiple votes depending on how much they play the Game.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of a tie, there will be no tie-breakers and all
designs of the same score will be the Grand Prize Winners.
If an Entrant submits multiple Entries, they are only eligible to win one Prize.
The Grand Prize Winners will be determined by tallying the number of votes for a particular
Design as posted on the Voting Page of the Battle Hub. More details about the voting methods
and other relevant information will be posted in the Battle Hub or the Campaign Website
during the Contest period. Capcom’s determination of the voting results will be final and
not subject to audit or challenge.
Capcom may disqualify any Entry, even after winning the Prize, where it determines that the
Design:
i. infringes intellectual property rights or any other rights of a Third Party;
ii. has been submitted to another contest, assigned to a Third Party, licensed to a Third
Party, or posted by the Entrant on any website other than X;
iii. offends against public order or decency;
iv. does not comply with these Contest Rules; or
v. is inappropriate to the Contest for any other reason as determined in Capcom’s sole
discretion.
If the Entry is nominated as a Prize Winner, Capcom may ask the Entrant for additional
submissions such as a higher resolution version of the Design and a .psd file.
