Democratic Progressive Party Legislator Chiu Yi-ying (邱議瑩), the organizer of Tokyo International Choir Competition “quietly” presented an award certificate with “Taiwan” printed on it for Nibun Chorus (尼布恩合唱團) from Kaohsiung, the winner of Category H “Folklore Music” (right pic), in addition to one with “Chinese Taipei” (left pic).
