・他形式への変換
※サークル・企業様・法人様など複数人で使用する場合は、
使用する人数分のご購入をお願いしております。
ギフト機能（ご自身でも受け取れます）かBOOST機能をご使用下さい。
但し、「実際に使用する人数」若しくは「DLされるPCの台数分」
どちらか少ない方で構いません。
例:1台のPCにアイテムをDLし、作業者は5人→1つでOK
5台のPCにアイテムをDLし、作業者は2人→2つでOK

・衣装や髪型、モデル自体の出来栄えを問うコンテストへの応募
・商標登録

・Use that is offensive to public order and morals.

・当店のアイテム利用によるトラブル等に関しては一切責任を負いません
・ダウンロード商品の性質上、不具合以外での返金には一切対応しておりません

・規約違反の場合、被害相当額もしくは50万円のいずれか高い額をお支払い頂きます
・クレジット表記は原則不要ですが、商用・法人利用の場合はクレジットの記載をお願い致します。

・ご購入者様以外が当店のモデルやアイテムを漫画等の創作活動に利用する事を禁じます。
・ご購入者様以外が当店のモデルやアイテムのファンアートを、イラストレーターに依頼することを禁じます。
・ご購入者様以外が当店のモデルやアイテムをグッズ化することを禁じます。
※但し、改変後一目でオリジナルと異なることが分かる場合は許可します。
※ご購入者様本人が他者にファンアートを依頼する事は許可します。
※コラボ企画等で相手方に商品データが渡ってしまうのは再配布に当たりますのでご注意ください。ギフト機能で相手の方の分を購入して頂ければ事前連絡は不要です。

・オーディションへの参加は、
ご購入者様のスキルがメインのオーディション
（例えば、歌唱やダンスなどを見てもらうための活動での利用）はOKですが
モデル自体の出来栄えや見た目を問うオーディションや、
コンテスト等への参加は禁止致します。
・ Participation in auditions
Audition is mainly based on the skills of the purchaser

基本的には許可させて頂いておりますが、企業様にデータを渡す必要がある場合は、追加料金が必要な場合がございます。
