It’s honestly wild how none of Candace’s or Cernovich’s followers understand how appellate courts work, let alone foreign ones. The French appeals court didn’t say Brigitte is a man. It said the procedure in the lower court ruling wasn’t strong enough under French law. That’s it. The case is still under review, and the evidence hasn’t changed. But go off pretending this was some victory when even half of France doesn’t know what the hell the ruling actually said.
I’m not saying you all are stupid. I’m saying most of you don’t actually follow this case beyond soundbites and whatever conservative influencers feed you. You’re not interested in legal nuance, international law, or appellate procedure. You just want quick quotes and dunk posts to protect someone you already like. That’s fine. But it doesn’t make you right.
