As it is well known, Epic didn't offer such a feature back when the game was released there. So originally it was totally inpossible to implement such a feature and why would anyone touch a game that is already six or twelve months old.
Now you know who to thank for this…
This remaster here was exclusive, the Original wasnt. That one was and still is missing cloudsave too. I blame EPIC for a lot of things too, but the lack of cloudsave in Ghostbusters (no matter what version) isn't one of these reasons.
1. Modern developers are incompetent morons who have never set foot in a college because the industry wants to save money and hire people with certs only to lay them off when they get any real experience. So they don't think about what would make the end user's experience better.
2. Epic Games messed up the entire PC gaming community with their exclusive wars. Instead of being like GoG, where it's an extra option. They decide to make their own shotty launcher and start exclusive wars on PC. Now, a lot of Epic exclusives that come over here are missing basic Steam features. Yet again, another example of moronic developers such as Ubisoft. They would rather cause problems in the community to make a quick buck than actually make their fans happy.
