@divested you are talking about #webview ? Don't we run Google webview, if we in stall GApps on #lineageOS ?

Can someone help me to debug the OTA survival of that overlay?
@Kurt if you're using a gapps package, then yes you're likely running the Google System WebView package and Play would update it.
Overlays can survive updates on LineageOS via the addon.d system
@divested thank you. My overlay installs a addon.d script. And for me it looks OK. But it doesn't work on my Samsung s10e - that's why i ask for help in debugging.
