Printed the Mini Mechanica 2.0 on my Elegoo Saturn using a mix of ~40% Anycubic Standard Black, ~40% Resinway Standard White and ~20% Weistek ABS-like Grey. Springs are printed on my Ender 3 using 3D Filament PETG White

Great model and great manual! Thanks. For me this was sort of a practice run for the "lead engineer" or "chief engineer" mechanisms. Spring is PETG, printed on a Prusa MK3S. Rest is PLA, printed on a Prusa Mini+

The top base's posts kept breaking off. I tried to gently bend the ring gear into place, but i still broke posts off of 3x prints of the top base. Maybe that could be redesigned somehow? Also, I printed my mainspring in PLA. It can handle about 8 winds from an un-winded state. Anymore and it might snap. I broke one mainspring this way.

50% Mini Mechanica. - Springs: PETG - Remainder: PLA Revo Six E3D Nozzles - Springs and Gears: 0.15mm - Remainder: 0.25 mm Strongly recommend making the 100% scale first since the 50% is very challenging to print successfully. Amazing model. Thanks Dan for posting the update!

Dan, Thanks for posting the smaller models! It was a challenge to print on my MK3S. Strongly encourage users to print the 100% version first before starting with the smaller versions. The printer really needs to be dialed in to be successful. I also had to dry out the filament much longer especially for the 0.15mm Revo Six nozzle with PETG springs to reduce stringing. I think the 50% is the limit for my machine. Even with elephants foot compensation, I had to clean up the escape wheel and pallet fork with the help of my stereo microscope. Turned out amazing! My favorite model to date.

Inspired by your Micor machanica, i also maded a 75% scaled one. I barely made this by using 0.4mm nozzle.
