Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed on the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays). Once your order has been processed, shipping updates and tracking information will be sent via email.
Domestic Shipping
We aim to deliver all domestic orders within 2–5 business days after processing, depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many destinations worldwide.
- Shipping Charges: Rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Delivery Time: International orders generally take 8–20 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and customs processes.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees paid at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
After shipping, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor your package. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
If you have not received your order within 20 days of the shipping confirmation email, contact us at order@idealfoamblaster.com with your name and order number for assistance.
