ACNR - neurology and rehabilitation journal

Intro

Advances in Clinical Neuroscience and Rehabilitation (ACNR). We aim to bring you news, features, and events from and related to the journal.
Although cerebral palsy is non-progressive, it is a lifelong condition with most children now expected to live into late adulthood. Transitioning from paediatric services to adult care, however, unfortunately often highlights gaps in continuity and expertise, leaving individuals navigating fragmented healthcare systems with unmet needs.
Promotional graphic for an ACNR article titled “Navigating cerebral palsy from childhood to adulthood: The importance of effective transition.” The right side of the image is a vibrant red overlay with the article title in bold white text, followed by the names and qualifications of the three authors: Rebecca Walters (BSc), Elizabeth Keenan (BSc, NMP, MSc), and Val Stevenson (MBBS, MRCP, MD). The ACNR logo appears at the bottom right with the tagline “Advances in Clinical Neuroscience and Rehabilitation.” The left side features a colourful, abstract depiction of a brain rendered in a textured, layered style with warm tones of red, orange, yellow, and cooler blues, symbolising complexity and growth through the life course.
