まずスーパーで購入しなくてらくちんです。届くのも速いです！ 揚げ物はしないので極端に大量使うということはないですが、毎日三度の食事に欠かせないこめ油です。

    Much more expensive, but if you ever cook things like Bok Choy or other greens, this oil leaves no heavy footprint. I suggest refrigerating it, and it won't turn to jello like olive oil. It's loaded with IP6 as well. Wake up!
