This wiki serves as the official and permanent wiki for MS_memer_group, the largest user-made stream with over 11,000 followers as of October 2024 on the website Imgflip, a meme making website first made in 2008 and first made public in 2012 by Dylan Wenzlau. This wiki mainly serves to document events that have occurred over the four years of MSMG's existence since it was first started by Spire in 2020, as well as including users that are deemed important enough to be included. It is also intended to be used for the entirety of Imgflip's streams and users for archival purposes, since most streams in general have at least some relation to MSMG.

This is a series that the editors have introduced to incentivize users to consistently revisit the MSMG wiki, in which every day a new shitpost will be posted on the main page of the wiki. This is mainly inspired by Wikipedia's featured article user incentive.

Why this will be the permanent MSMG wiki (from Silver)

All prior MSMG wikis were held on Fandom, of which the most significant one from earlier this year had nearly 300 pages before Fandom closed it, deeming its content not important enough to be held on its servers. Hundreds of pages with hours of work may be lost, but we are willing to rebuild the legacy of the wiki under a new wiki-hosting service, Miraheze, one which it is certain that such an event will not happen again, where such large amounts of information are sure to not be lost again. We now kindly ask that you research and contribute to the wiki, so that both present and future MSMG users can someday properly understand the lore behind this chaotic and beloved Imgflip stream from a contextual perspective.

This is also why I have aimed to make this wiki imitate more professional wikis such as Wikipedia. MSMG may be a chaotic stream, but vandalism will absolutely not be tolerated, and personal comments made on pages themselves will not be accepted of — please save those instead for their discussion page. Please also aim toward proper spelling or proper grammar — while we do encourage much of MSMG to contribute and want the wiki to grow regardless of how much people care about things like spelling and grammar, it would nonetheless save time if future proofreading made by others did not have to occur.

Note from the editors

This wiki is currently in preliminary construction right now, as our editors are busy adding essential and important articles critical before moving on to adding less important user pages and events. Do not add pages as a joke, because this is not a place for jokes. If you do, the page will then have to be deleted. If you want a page which features you, then you may request it on the Imgflip website.

Our main editors are Silver, Norther, Yoshi, and Coal. The owner is OsDe.
