Why is everyone freaking out because Biden’s doctor pleaded the fifth and claimed privilege? Republicans do that constantly. It’s a move straight out of their playbook. Jeffrey Clark and John Eastman each pleaded the fifth over 100 times when questioned about January 6. Trump? He pleaded the fifth more than 400 times in one deposition with the New York Attorney General. Peter Navarro claimed executive privilege to dodge a subpoena and ended up getting convicted for contempt. Don McGahn tried the same thing during Trump’s presidency to avoid testifying, and the courts had to step in. Even going back to the Bush era, guys like Scott Jennings were using executive privilege to avoid accountability. So let’s not act like this is new or somehow worse when a Democrat or someone who works for them does it. It’s the same pattern over and over from both sides. This is exactly why we need the America Party to rise. People are sick of the selective outrage, the political games, and the double standards. Democrats and Republicans both play dirty, then point fingers like they’re clean. We need something real that doesn’t just swap one set of lies for another.
