We’re all carrying microplastics. That’s not a theory anymore, it’s a scientific fact. They’ve found this stuff in our blood, lungs, liver, even in placentas and breast milk. Babies are basically being born pre-loaded with plastic, and no one knows what the long-term consequences are yet. This isn’t about recycling guilt. This is about fertility, early development, hormone disruption, and whether future generations are going to be healthy or not. And while researchers are trying to figure this out, Trump’s administration is slashing the exact science funding needed to study this. You can’t say you care about birth rates or family values if you’re out here ignoring the fact that babies are being exposed to industrial waste before they even take their first breath. This isn’t performative. This isn’t political theater. This is real, and if we don’t deal with it, we’re fucked.
