Dear Parent/Carer,

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your student into Varsity College which is situated on Kombumerri land. We openly acknowledge the traditional owners of this land in which our students come together to learn and share knowledge. 

At Varsity College we strive to create an exceptional learning community that fosters high expectations and a culture of inclusivity.  We empower students to be independent learners and discover a sense of purpose.  We celebrate personal growth and prioritise the well-being of our students and staff.

Before commencing your online application, please ensure that you always enter the same email address when communicating with us.  If you have contacted us or visited our school previously, then we may already hold contact information, which we can use to prepopulate your application form.  Be sure to enter in the same email address that you used previously.

Step 1

Have a copy of the following supporting documents saved to your computer and ready to upload:

  • Birth certificate and/or Australian or NZ Passport or Australian Citizenship Certificate of International Passport and Visa of enrolling student and parents. (these documents will not be retained by the college, they will be sighted and immediately destroyed)
  • Proof of residency:
    1. One Primary Source Document:
      • current lease agreement stamped and signed by Real Estate Agent with enrolling parent(s) or legal guardian listed as tenant; OR
      • GCCC Rates Notice; OR
      • Letter from Solicitor or Conveyancer stating sale is unconditional and owner occupied.
    2. Two Secondary Source Documents:
      • RTA rental bond receipt; AND/OR
      • Electricity bill; AND/OR
      • Water bill; AND/OR
      • Statutory Declaration witnessed by a Justice of the Peace.
  • Copy of last two (2) school reports 
  • Copy of last NAPLAN results
  • Learning Support and/or Special Needs Verification
  • Medical Information such as medical action plans
  • Legal/Court orders (if applicable)
  • Out of Catchment Applicants only – Letter to the Executive Principal requesting consideration for an out of catchment student (applications will remain current for the school year in which they are applying to enrol in).

Step 2 

Complete the applicable Enrolment Pack and save it to your computer for uploading at Step 4.

Step 3

Complete the Enrolment Application Form.

        Step 4

Upload all of your supporting documents and the completed Additional Information Form when prompted. 

Step 5

Sign and finalise your application.

What’s Next?

Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted to inform you if you have been successful in securing an enrolment interview with a member of the Varsity College Leadership Team.  Unsuccessful applications will receive email notification.   All applicants can expect to receive communication from the college within five (5) business days (public holidays and school holidays excluded).
