A CCG ship moves in to ram their small flotilla & Filipino just takes a selfie with it. That’s how normal the harassment has become.
This is what it’s come to. China bullies everyone i South China Sea & pretends it’s normal.
One day, this ends. And not on their terms.
They’ve used water cannons, lasers, ramming tactics & acoustic weapons. Filipino fishermen have had their catch dumped, boats chased away, equipment destroyed. The same tactics have been used against Vietnamese and Malaysian vessels for years.
Philippines continues resupply missions under threat. Vietnam is reinforcing outposts & deploying coastal missile systems. Malaysia and Indonesia are increasing naval patrols. Resistance is growing.
Beijing counts on fear & fatigue to take control of the sea. That’s why it’s critical we don’t back off. It is all for rejecting a future where China decides who gets to exist in their own waters.
