If any of my personal information, social media posts, or anything else tied to me is being used by a third-party company like Palantir to track me or monitor what I say or do, whether in real time or not, and it’s being done without my consent, that is a violation of federal law and my constitutional civil liberties. If I find out this is happening, I will sue that company. I will also sue the federal government for allowing it. I’m not playing with this.
