Cedar Point opening new ride, SlingShot, today

Cedar Point officially opens its SlingShot attraction this morning when the park opens. The ride flings riders 35 stories in the air at speeds topping 60 miles per hour. The two-person ride costs $25 per rider and a video costs $19.99 extra. Check back to Ohio.com later today for a video of the ride.
