FedoraFreak, His Quest Bed, Sburb

I've been looking it up here and there on the net, and figure I'd ask here as well, as I find this to be quite the intriguing tale.

FedoraFreak, presumably John's neighbour, the one who ends up talking to Nannaquin by use of Dad's PDA device, describes his Quest Bed, and has also described leveling up his echeladder.

He dies on his own Quest Bed, and Andrew had said he becomes the Gent of Piss - although I seriously believed this to be of jest... or is it really? It seems quite outlandish and the aspect of Piss doesn't seem to exist in the aspect page of the HS Wiki.

What I am quite interested in is, however, did FedoraFreak truly attain God Tier level? Did he himself have a dreamself? And given it seems obvious he ended up in the Medium, did he appear in the same session as the Beta Kids (John, Rose, Dave, Jade), or were there countless other sessions running, each with their own Skaia and collection of planets, based on player groupings? John, Jade, Rose and Dave banded together and played together as one group, and we only saw those four as Sburb Players in the Medium - but if there is only one session running, then there would have been more planets and more players (those that may have been lucky enough to get into the Medium and not annihilated in burning hellfire of hot burning sky rocks, aka meteors) here and there during the story, so it would seem likely if there was only ONE session running, there would have been random encounters of other players and planets.

So were other players and planets purposely ignored in the story? Or is it because John, Rose, Dave and Jade formed their own Sburb group without including others it meant they had their own session, while others that were fortunate to escape from Earth played in theirs?
