The Diet That Feels Like Cheating — But Actually Works
How I lost 66+ lbs & finally stopped stressing over food
Let me open with a weird claim: the scientifically healthiest diet is often not the best one. Before you call me crazy, hear me out.
(I mean I eat kiwis with the skin on and wear Birkenstocks with socks, but other than that I’m perfectly sane 👀)
95% of fitness coaches want you to:
- Cut off sugar.
- Count calories.
- Cut out trans fats.
- Eat tons of protein.
- Eat high-fiber carbs.
- Avoid processed foods.
Theoretically speaking, they’re right. I 100% agree: this is the perfect diet. But here’s the harsh truth: most people — especially beginners — get overwhelmed and frustrated by it.
I experienced that when I decided to tackle my obesity. I tried this approach dozens of times, but couldn’t sustain it in the long run. It was too much of a mental overload for me. So, I had to find a way to adapt this approach to make it work for me.
