This domain, meteormineralsgroup.com, was originally created, developed, and maintained by Mario Urlić, founder of Cuprum Coin and Materra, and his team during a prior cooperation with Meteor Minerals Group.

As of April 7, 2025, all collaboration between Cuprum Coin and Meteor Minerals Group has been officially and permanently terminated due to repeated contractual breaches, non-delivery of agreed nano copper powder in the amount of 200kg which ended in a lawsuit with a former Meteor Minerals partner, the company Construmaxi, and two individuals, and reputational harm caused by Meteor Minerals’ conduct.

This website is no longer affiliated with Meteor Minerals Group or any of its representatives. All previous content has been permanently removed. The domain is in the ownership of Mario Urlic.

Statement of Clarification

• A formal strategic agreement was signed on May 19, 2023, by Meteor Minerals, ie. Fernando Gallardo Morgan, under notarization and criminal responsibility, committing to deliver specific quantities of nano copper powder to the Cuprum Coin project.
• A warranty statement was signed by Meteor Minerals, ie. Fernando Gallardo Morgan on June 2, 2023, under penalty of perjury, confirming their commitment and asset allocation.
• These obligations were not fulfilled.
• All Cuprum Coin operations, digital assets, and scientific oversight have always remained under the exclusive governance of Mario Urlić.
• Cuprum Coin has never received any material contributions or fulfilled obligations from Meteor Minerals.

Meteor Minerals’ recent public statements distancing themselves from the project are inconsistent with the documented agreements and timeline of events.
