While studying law at Keio University, he joined a consulting firm. He provided hands-on support for financial accounting and corporate planning, IPO support, PMI, and business plan formulation. He worked with the management of many clients and gained first-hand experience in decision-making and management judgment. With this experience, he joined the Taiyo Holdings Group in 2015 and is involved in the management of chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and IT. He aims to become a professional manager by switching between consulting thinking and management thinking.

After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Keio University, he worked at a consulting firm on a wide range of projects including marketing strategies, sales channel reforms, and core system development. He has both consulting know-how for large company management and management experience for venture companies, and is strong in zero-based new business development.

Takeshi Kanda

He majored in Computer Science (Master of Engineering) at Keio University. After starting his career at a think tank, he moved to a SI consulting firm amid the AI boom, and then promoted company-wide digital initiatives at a general trading company. In 2020, he participated in the founding of an image-based AI venture. As representative director, he led both contract work and product development, achieving profitability. He joined Taiyo Holdings in 2025. At RIT, we aim to build high-added-value solutions that combine the creative and technical capabilities of our members.

Terumichi Tawara

Director

He worked on overseas business strategy and execution at Sumitomo Electric Industries. After that, he worked in venture capital and managed a startup for four years, before joining Misumi after selling it. He was involved in PMI work after corporate acquisitions in the US. He then served as division manager for B2B supplies at Amazon Japan. After joining Taiyo Holdings, he became Executive Vice President and CDO (current position) in April 2020. He will be Executive Officer in charge of Human Resources from July 2024 (current position). He also serves as head of the company's IT department and as a director of group companies FunLead and RIT. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Keio University and the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Tetsuya Fukuda

Tetsuya Fukuda

After graduating from Ritsumeikan University's Faculty of Information Science and Engineering, he worked in the operation and development of a social game platform at a major IT company.

His main technical areas are performance improvement of large-scale web services and rapid development of prototypes using the latest technology stacks, but he has knowledge of web-related technologies, both server-side and front-end. He joined RIT in 2017 and is in charge of overall development and engineer recruitment as CTO.

In addition to advertising, such as advertising management and effectiveness improvement for mail order companies with monthly advertising expenditures of tens of millions of yen, and advertising planning for major mobile carriers with monthly advertising expenditures of hundreds of millions to billions of yen, he is also good at improving the effectiveness of web marketing as a whole, utilizing his experience in general web marketing support, such as supporting store opening and operation in EC malls such as Rakuten Ichiba, supporting the creation of access analysis environments for major BtoB companies, and supporting the creation of new business marketing strategies for major mobile carriers. Recently, he has also been challenging himself with prompt engineering to deepen his knowledge of high-precision and ultra-high-speed marketing using generative AI.

John Shen-Nagakura

After graduating from Keio University, Faculty of Letters, majoring in sociology, he joined Citibank Tokyo Branch. After working in the Financial Markets Department and Foreign Exchange Department, he served as the sales manager for East Asian corporate clients at the New York Head Office and London Branch. After returning to Japan, he was in charge of financial product planning and market research in the personal finance department of the Tokyo Branch. He then oversaw the corporate division at European investment banks UBS and Société Générale. He also worked at Pactera Japan, where he oversaw system reconstruction for a major Japanese apparel manufacturer and a US investment company, as well as system development and web design projects for a major Japanese bank. In recent years, he has served as the Japan Representative of Taishin International Bank and the Overseas Sales Manager at Tomoegawa Paper Mill before joining RIT in March 2025.

While studying at International Christian University, he was involved in entrepreneurship, trade and cross-border business development support. After selling his business, he oversaw Japanese projects at the major multi-fund Henyep Group, and then worked at the domestic strategy consulting firm Field Management in charge of real estate, energy and cross-border projects, implementing new business development, BPR and overseas expansion support.

Daiki Matsumoto

After graduating from Meiji University's School of Management, he worked as a conductor on the Tokaido Shinkansen at Central Japan Railway Company (JR Central). Wanting to take on more challenges and broaden his future possibilities, he joined RIT in April 2019. With a brimming with curiosity, he wants to take on a variety of challenges both at work and in his personal life.

Sarah Yoshikai

After graduating from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tokyo, worked at Simplex Corporation, and was involved in a wide range of activities, including the operation and maintenance of FX and ETF trading systems, the management and promotion of using IT tools within the company, and mainly English-related support in the preliminary stage of upgrading market risk management systems for an overseas branch of a bank. Joined RIT in December 2020. Area of interest is improving and streamlining operations so that people can spend time on the things they want to do. Hobbies are exploring matcha, learning languages, and watching stars.

Graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Tokyo. After joining Rakuten Group, Inc. as a new graduate, he was involved in the installation of mobile phone base stations for Rakuten Mobile. He was responsible for negotiating antenna installation for major companies and promoting sales within the company. He will join RIT in October 2022. His hobbies are traveling and watching professional wrestling.

After graduating from a university in Australia, he worked in sales at a major domestic housing manufacturer as a new graduate, before joining RIT as a second-time new graduate in April 2022. He aims to utilize his down-to-earth approach to provide practical consulting that is close to the field and not just armchair theory.

After graduating from university, he worked in new development sales at a real estate company, and then worked at a consulting firm on cost reduction projects in various industries, including real estate business improvement, telecommunications, manufacturing, trading companies, and retail. He joined RIT in 2021. His hobbies are living in unfamiliar cities, coffee, and movies.

After graduating from the Faculty of Science at Tokyo University of Science, he worked at a consulting firm, helping a major precision equipment manufacturer with the introduction of a BI system, providing support throughout the entire process from basic concept to development and testing. In 2017, he joined RIT, Inc. After joining, he worked on projects in multiple industries, including trading, communications, and manufacturing, and gained experience in a wide range of consulting work, including supporting the formulation of business strategies for M&A and supporting the improvement and sophistication of business operations through the introduction of new digital technologies. His hobby is wine.

After graduating from Kyoto University of Art and Design, he joined a major game company as a new graduate. He was involved in the development of new games. After that, he worked at a smartphone game company, designing a wide range of media, including web, print advertising, sales promotion, and real-life event management. He joined RIT Co., Ltd. in March 2025.

While working on improving work efficiency using RPA, he became interested in programming, and after self-studying, he changed jobs to become an engineer. After gaining experience developing mobile apps, he joined RIT in December 2024.

After that, he worked as an editor for web media at a startup that operates toB services, where he was involved in SEO measures, planning, access analysis, etc., and also worked as an in-house designer. After graduating from the Kyushu Institute of Technology Graduate School, he worked as a machine control and image processing engineer at Tokyo Electron, mainly developing bonding equipment that bonds semiconductor wafers with high precision. After working as a project leader, he joined RIT in February 2023. He is committed to self-improvement so that he can become a business producer through his experience in new business development.

Fascinated by the power of design at an art gallery, he was involved as a leader in launching an e-commerce site. After that, he was in charge of packet analysis at an infrastructure company specializing in network security. After working as a front-end engineer at a startup in Tokyo, he joined RIT Inc. in 2020. He aims to become an engineer who can design and develop services based on business architecture.

After graduating from the Faculty of Economics at Seinan Gakuin University, he became an upstream engineer for infrastructure systems for government agencies as a new graduate. After experiencing the entire system construction process, including design, construction, operation, and maintenance, he began to study programming in earnest and joined RIT Inc. in December 2020. He aims to become an engineer who can acquire work by name both inside and outside the company. His hobbies are saunas and motorcycles.

He then began studying web design, and joined RIT Inc. as a designer in July 2020. He aims to create designs that can be explained logically, not intuitively.

Kazuaki Hamada

After completing a master's degree in Information Science and Engineering at Tokyo Institute of Technology, worked as an engineer at GREE, where he was involved in the entire process of maintenance, operation, development, and planning of SNS and social game platforms. ​ Then was responsible for the development of a game platform for PCs, working on a wide range of development areas, from Web to Windows.​ After joining RIT in August 2020, uses his high skills to lead projects and scale the engineering organization.​

He joined RIT in March 2021. He supports the launch of new businesses with his core expertise in ideas, prototyping, and back-end technology.

Her hobbies are traveling and diving. As a mother of two children, she is struggling to balance work and child-rearing.
